The Roadmap: 5GW of Strategic Expansion

We are aggressively moving backward in the value chain. Why? To reduce dependency on imports and guarantee quality right from the source. We are executing a two-stage expansion plan that transforms us from a module manufacturer into a fully integrated solar giant.

Stage 1 (2026): Our dedicated 2GW Cell Manufacturing Plant is already under construction and is scheduled to go live in 2026. Stage 2 (Early 2027): We will ramp up capacity with an additional 3GW, bringing our total cell manufacturing power to 5GW.

This facility will focus on high-efficiency G12 TOPCon cells. But we won’t stop there. Our long-term blueprint includes moving further back to wafers and ingots, closing the loop to create a truly indigenous “sand-to-electron” manufacturing line.

Championing "Make in India" with DCR Modules

Aligned with the government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat vision, we are deeply focused on manufacturing high-performance DCR modules. By sourcing raw materials exclusively from Tier-1 global suppliers, we ensure Indian developers never have to trade efficiency for compliance. The result is world-class power, proudly manufactured in Vadodara.

Empowering the Residential Rooftop Sector

Solar isn’t just for utility-scale projects; it belongs on rooftops too. We’re expanding to support rooftop installers with consistent access to high-efficiency DCR modules backed by transparent manufacturing and technical support. Partners are invited to visit our facility, engage with our engineering team, and understand the quality behind every panel.

Where Experience Meets the Machine

Hardware is only part of the equation. At our Karjan facility, advanced automation is guided by professionals with 20–25 years of hands-on solar experience. These veterans oversee our AI-driven systems to ensure every module is built with intent, not just assembled. It’s where decades of field knowledge meet the precision of modern robotics.
