Meet Our Founders

Jayesh Rao

Chairman

Jayesh Rao has been a visionary leader & a driving force behind the success of Samanvay Realty and Healthcare. His distinguished career spans over four decades – including leadership roles at the National Textile Corporation and Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), where he contributed to Gujarat’s industrial growth.

At Future Solar, Jayesh Rao brings his deep industry insight and strategic leadership to guide the company’s expansion into Solar manufacturing, while continuing to support new initiatives through the Samanvay Foundation.

Ravi Rao

MD & CEO

Ravi Rao, Founder of Samanvay Realty, combines engineering precision with financial acumen. A Civil Engineering graduate from Nirma University and MS in Finance from RIT, New York, he returned to Vadodara to establish Samanvay Realty in 2012. Under his leadership, the firm expanded from premium residences to commercial landmarks. Beyond real estate, Ravi founded a successful healthcare venture with a renowned hospital and now drives Future Solar with the same visionary spirit—fueling innovation, sustainability, and growth across diverse industries.

Richi Shah

Co-Founder & Director

Richi Shah, a BE in Electronics Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya and MS in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, USA, builds on a strong technical foundation shaped by her experience at Intel Corporation (USA) and Matrix Communications (India). At Samanvay Realty, she was instrumental in creating a modern digital presence and brand identity. Today, at Future Solar, she drives growth through innovation, brand strategy, and people-focused leadership while guiding the Samanvay Foundation with purpose and compassion.

Chintan Brahmbhatt

Director

A Civil Engineering graduate from SVIT University, Chintan also holds a Master’s in Infrastructure Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. After an enriching tenure with a leading contracting firm in Dahej, he joined Samanvay Realty in 2015, bringing valuable industry expertise and on-ground experience. His dedication and leadership contributed significantly to the company’s growth. Building on his successful journey with Samanvay Realty, Chintan has been appointed as Director of Future Solar and is steering its vision toward operational excellence, strategic growth, and market expansion.
